Andy and Ryan did a fantastic job in our loft. They were always punctual and worked full days without exception. Rain or shine they were around and staying busy. Expectation management was constant throughout, although they always met or exceeded expectations anyway!
Larger parts of the job happened almost seamlessly and on schedule. When they asked us for feedback on various choices and trade-offs to be made, they always took note and delivered precisely what was agreed.
Where we displayed a lack of understanding, Andy always took the time to explain the in's and out's to both of us, and never left out the important details or knock-on consequences. We felt as if we were in professional hands throughout, and by the end of the engagement that was proven accurate.
Finally, the completed work was of top quality. We're thrilled with how everything has turned out.
We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Andy and Ryan to anyone.

Andy & Ryan extended and reconfigured our house in the later half of 2022. We are extremely happy with the results. They are easy to work with and helped us through all stages of the process from designing and planning what we wanted through to completion. They handled it all, or knew someone who would. It doesn’t hurt that they are also very friendly and helpful people anyway. We were particularly impressed by their flexibility and dedication. They were able to respond quickly to the changes we imposed on them, they performed some jobs that were not part of the original specifications (at a reasonable extra cost, of course) and they kept to our original timetable. Working weekends and overtime when necessary. We have already used them for other jobs, and will do again.

Two storey extension and new kitchen.
Andy and Ryan have actually done two jobs for us: first they replaced an old conservatory with a small extension, then we were so happy with their work that we asked them back to do a full two-storey extension. Both times they've been extremely helpful, accommodating, professional, given very competitive quotes, and worked very hard to an excellent standard. They're genuinely nice guys who care about their work and they've both been great in terms of flexibility too, e.g. Andy did some extra joinery work in one of our bedrooms and supplied and fitted new internal doors which weren't in the original plan, and Ryan came back after our extension was built to install our utility room cupboards, including working on the weekend to get it done it time. We also really appreciated their advice on various occasions where we were stuck deciding details of the build. We couldn't recommend them enough, and would happily have them back for a third job if we had one!

From the moment of meeting Andy to price our job we knew we would be in good hands and couldn't wait to start our extension. From start to finish both Andy and Ryan just couldn't do enough. There was no such things as a 'silly question' and all our ideas were taken on board and they could be achieved they were but if not Andy and Ryan could come up with an alternative or something generally better.
I have never met more professional, friendly, hard working trading men. We were actually sad to see them leave when the build was done. Ryan did return though to fit our new kitchen, which was again done with an eye for detail and treated just like it was his own kitchen being fitted. Words truly can't describe how happy we are with our extension and kitchen, it's now our favourite room. Thank you again Andy and Ryan you produce amazing work and we will definitely have you back if we require any further work in the future.
